Spring is Here!

footWith winter finally coming to an end, it is time to do spring cleaning, and spring cleaning should include treating your body to a Detox. There are MANY ways to detox, and many programs on the market. I personally have done the Master Cleanse almost every year, but those types of programs can be extreme and hard to stick to.

One of the ways of cleansing the body that is commonly overlooked is the Ionic Foot Detox. Perhaps the best thing about it is that it gives you 30 minutes of time away from the hustle and bustle of your daily routine in an environment that is conducive to healing.

So how does it work?

The Ionic Cleanse works by osmosis. The array goes into the water with the feet, and the control unit delivers a current to the array. This current causes the metals within the array, and the minerals in the water to generate positively and negatively charged ions.

Everything in your body has a positive or negative charge. When the current is in negative ion mode it attracts positively charged contaminants (like a magnet) through the soles of your feet. There are over 2000 pores on each foot, and they tend to be larger making it easier for the release of toxins. This is why the bottom of the feet are also one of the best places to use essential oils.

Some of the benefits of a detox include:Detox

• Improving cellular function
• Removing unwanted toxins
• Balancing the body’s pH and electrical energy
• Improving function of the organ systems
• Improving muscle strength
• Increasing range of motion
• Neutralizing free radicals
• Decreasing pain
• increasing energy
• Improving circulation

You can read more about foot detox programs on my website here. As an additional motivation to treat yourself to a full detox program (which is several sessions over a span of 7 weeks), I will include a 10 minute tune-up during each of the sessions. So get detoxed, and stay balanced.

To take advantage of this offer, you have to sign up for the detox bundle by May 15th.
