Aromatherapy Consultations go over the list of items you are working on, and custom blends will be developed for your individual needs using-first press oils. Leave the session with several samples, as well as the formulas showing what is being used for what reasons, and instructions on how to make the blend yourself. Color Works is a technique developed by medical intuitive Patty Conkin, and based on the principle that we store low vibration energies like fear, anger, and resentment. Our bodies actually take on cellular memory which may create blocks. Color works matches the frequency of these blocks and loosens them so that they can pass through the body. Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT has been called an “emotional version of acupuncture”. No needles are used in this modality; instead meridian endpoints are tapped, while focusing on an issue (physical or mental) where change is desirable. Polarity Therapy is a system of healing with roots in Ayurvedic medicine. It is comprised of bodywork, communication, movement and energetic foods. Infrared Sauna uses FIR system. The FIR wavelength penetrates directly into the body by a couple of inches. The heat promotes perspiration, and circulation which helps with the release of toxins. Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy or QHHT is a hybrid of past-life regression and Quantum Healing. For athletes who train continuously, the goal is to enhance endurance, lessen the chance of injury and shorten the time needed to recover from an event.
